Likelihood to Recommend
I would use it in organisations with lots of users to be managed; we use it in Citrix environments a lot and it works like a charm. I don't know if I would use it in really small businesses with random PCs, unless you really want to have some uniformity and strict use policy.

Implementation Rating
The implementation is typcially pretty simple on a flat active directly and non-DMZ based environment. Once things become more complex it is imperative to move slowly and test frequently with UAT groups and engineers.

Alternatives Considered
Appsense now Endpoint Management is a great tool, eventually IWC will fade and Endpoint will absorb all its useful features. Once the transition to appsense is complete we will be shifting to it rather than IWC but in the mean time IWC is our tool of choice.
