Sitejabber
Chose Sitejabber
Sitejabber is a great tool for collecting genuine customer feedback to promote organizational growth while giving buyers and customers the confidence to explore before making a purchase.
Chose Sitejabber
Sitejabber has provided us with many benefits and resulted in us with great customer service, handling any issues faced by customers, and competing with real businesses. Whereas Trustpilot, we believe there were many reviews left by scammers for businesses that were not legit.
Chose Sitejabber
I generally buy a lot of software. I check reviews on TrustRadius, Capterra, etc., for software reviews. Sitejabber is lacking in these cases, so for now, I will stick to these websites for software reviews.

Reviews.io is a great option for any ecommerce site that is looking to gather company and product reviews to help make the customer purchasing decision easier. Their BCC integration appears to make it possible to use their services with any platform so long as you can edit the email order confirmation templates.

It is suitable for the online shopping experience. It gives confidence when you buy on a website you just came to know, and it has good ratings on Sitejabber. It is suitable for fashion, electronics, and marketplaces. I wish they added more SaaS and WordPress-related ratings on the platform, bringing in a whole new category of users to use Sitejabber.

Support Rating
We had to reach out a few times during the setup process and we never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a response via their online chat. When a more in-depth answer was required they followed up via email and pulled in other team members when necessary.

Alternatives Considered
Reviews.io has a similar product offering as the other well known review collection companies. However, they are much more competitive in terms of pricing and that was a big influence on our decision to go with them. They also have a library of widgets you can choose from and customize to make publishing reviews on your website very easy. It's not a cookie cutter solution, which we really like.
