Likelihood to Recommend	RunSignUp is a well-templated online platform for athletic event registrations. The customer service is awesome and we have found the platform to be fairly user-friendly and intuitive. The platform falls a bit short when a registrant is trying to register multiple people within a single transaction using a registration kiosk. Alternatives Considered	I liked RunSignUp much more as it was much better suited for what we were looking to use it for and do. The functionality matched our needs and we were able to fine-tune exactly what we needed from the system without losing too much of the user experience.
