Pricing includes a free setup and training period, free data transfer and storage, and free in-house support. Plus, 24/7 cloud-based access, regular system upgrades, and mobile applications. All plans are per provider, and the pricing structure is an annual contract, billed monthly or yearly. A 10% discount is available for yearly billing.
RXNT offers better quality and more customization for the cost. Valant was very expensive regardless if you wanted a few features or the entire EHR. eClinical Works is easy to duplicate records but then it can take a while to update with current information. And their updated …
10 out of 10 for RXNT for how easy is is to use. The other systems don’t have the easy flow and functionality that RXNT has. The cost was also a reason we went with RXNT, there were no hidden fees they were transparent with everything and have so many different options that fit …
We've always been on the
lookout for the right software that meets our clients’ clinical needs but is
also robust on the medical billing side. Something that integrates well for
It is difficult to compare the two as we do not use RXNT for scheduling and billing; this is done using a different application. I do not know why. But as for note creating and editing, my preference is for RXNT, which is more intuitive and flexible for me compared with all the …
I can't select it, but I do use psychology today. They charge a flat fee and allow you to list your profile and information on their website. I have gained many referrals from them for 1/8 of the price.
I believe it is best suited for organizations that wish to utilize all of the available tools within the system. I do not believe it is well suited for organizations that lack a deep understanding of the revenue cycle process or individuals who try to cut corners in managing accounts receivables. It works extraordinarily well in situations where one will take the time to set up all the available tools, test them, and make them part of their workflow.
If you have dedicated front office or phone support who can immediately call and hound 'booked' patients to get their information in w/in the 24 hours that Zocdoc allows before charging you- this might work- in that case, possibly you could at least charge them a no show fee.
The ads are very annoying and distracting. I would like to see these removed.
Sometimes when using the prescribing feature, the list of meds is unscrollable. This is likely a glitch that could be fixed.
Same thing after choosing a pharmacy. The preview page of Rx is unscrollable, making it impossible to see all of them. Would like to see this fixed as well.
Would like to be able to add more templates under the macros but it is not clear how to do this.
customers cancel and practice has no recourse, but must pay Zocdoc
Not enough time to verify the customer is sincere and get their paperwork in before Zoc Doc charges us
High cost of service for nurse practitioners
High rate of attrition- few customers converted to our practice compared to other methods
We were promised one rate per customer acquired, then the posted rate was increased, twice
Unable to even charge a no show fee for patients who changed at last minute
the service as set up encourages patients to bait and switch to other providers at the last minute
there is no way to limit incoming patients to your home state, so people from out of state book and then have to be notified and unbooked, creating extra work and hassle
Having used other systems, there are still items I would like to see added to this platform. Additional forms, understanding of how to load those forms into the system. Ability for clients to access those forms. And the ability to upload forms that are coming in externally. This would be helpful.
if there was a rating of zero this is what I would give him. Perhaps -10? as I mentioned they are great at getting your referrals, just the wrong ones. There is no extremely process for getting the right client to the right provider. Their calendar sink does not work so they will book over the top of you frequently. They refused to work with you on a reasonable payment plan
RXNT offers better quality and more customization for the cost. Valant was very expensive regardless if you wanted a few features or the entire EHR. eClinical Works is easy to duplicate records but then it can take a while to update with current information. And their updated version...you might need a magnifying glass especially if you are using on a laptop. I love the larger font and overall appeal of RXNT much better
