Likelihood to Recommend	Very good tools that are easy to use, but the tools do require a bit of an adjustment period for many users who are used to submitting expenses in packets as opposed to individual line items. It's easy to create and archive projects. It also integrates into their other tools, including Zoho Projects. Zoho is great for businesses who want to accept online payments.You can use PayPal, Stripe, and a few others. Clients can also pay via ACH. It lets you know when a payment is processing AND when it clears. Cons	The receipt info that gets pulled in isn't always correct. The receipt info takes about 2 minutes to upload so could be faster. Support Rating	When Rydoo is responsive, support is just fine, but there have been times when our requests for support have gone unanswered for more than a day when their queue has indicated response times much shorter than that. Alternatives Considered	I prefer Expensify over Rydoo. It is easier to work with both corporate cards and reimbursed expenses in Expensify, and it is much easier to reimburse the expenses directly through Expensify than having to work with a 3rd party outside of Rydoo. I have not used Expensify with multiple currencies, so I don't know how well it would handle that. Return on Investment	Rydoo saves time, which saves money. I'm able to make and check expenses quickly. Rydoo was easy to learn and integrate. It didn't require lengthly training so it smoothed the onboarding process for new hires. Rydoo centralizes internal communication about specific expenses, since you can leave comments. Zoho Invoice provides the option of giving your clients a client portal through which they have access to their own accounts and can see and print their own reports as needed.
