Likelihood to Recommend	I believe SaaSquatch is well suited for any company that wants to provide a referral and reward program to its customer and find new ways to market with other businesses. If you can find a plan that fits with a return I think this will work wonders for your operations. However, it is not user friendly and is frustrating to set up. The communication that can be automated is limited as well - we deal with clients in 5 different languages but can only send our communication in one. Cons	Pricing is a bit high. There are a lot of other alternatives that do the same. Fraud detection isn't as robust and confident as I would like it.
