We are now migrating to Acumatica for a few main reasons:
    • Open API, which is admittedly not perfect but far superior to relying on a VM with an ODBC connection
    • Cloud-based enabling users to work from anywhere

The pricing is low compared to other systems we have evaluated. However, we have not evaluated competitive software in some time.

Our office has been using Sage for several years and it has really shaped the office to be a better Property Management team for our tenants to the users utilizing the software. As we've evolved, we've been able to contact and speak with customer service to manipulate our …

Sage 300 does not really have competition. The quality and services packed into it are why Sage is such a well-known name. Although others do have benefits as well, the overall package Sage 300 has to offer from an AR and AP standpoint makes it the clear option.

In the case of Procore vs. Sage it's like apples and oranges. Procore is not an accounting software although they do offer some accounting tie-ins to Sage's data so it's possible for a company to use both but the cost of that is astronomical, Sage already having a larger …

We have spent quite a bit of time in the last year evaluating a new system to see if this is the best fit for us. We currently use Procore for our project management tool and for our field crew to evaluate work on-site. However, Procore does not have a sufficient budgeting or …

We currently have Sage in place which handles the majority of our business needs on the back end, but compared to some others that are on the market like Builder Trend, it does lack the client facing side of the house. To make it a better product, a client facing portal would …

Connectwise is much more user-friendly, reporting features are more robust and exportable formats work well. I would choose Connectwise over Sage any day of the week.

A few years ago we looked at Computerease. We were amazed at how great the reports looked and how flexible the software was. We felt like it would be much better and less expensive. We were just worried about all the time it would take to set up a new system. Timberline took so …

To be completely honest, I think Sage is worse than JD Edwards. The user interface is by far the worst I have seen in this industry. It's as if every other company lives in 2019 and Sage is living in 1998. The largest flaw I have seen in a program that debilitates the program …

Both ERP systems are great for construction and real estate companies. They both have job costing modules that are essential for our business. We bought a company that has Sage 300 X3 however we decided to use Sage 300 ERP instead. I believe the X3 is a better system however …
