Total Expert was chosen by management and for good reason. I didn't like Follow Up Boss because Total Expert was much more intuitive and also much more integrated with the other programs we use (Encompass, Rebel I Q, Sales Boomerang, etc). Its just a much better program …
Salesforce helped us organize all leads into one software. Any call in or email lead we were able to record right into Salesforce. It helped coordinate/track/win/loose all opportunities. It's also very user friendly. When we bring on new employees or even interns; we are able to show them what is needed and they are able to jump right in
It is well suited to mass marketing and as a database. Also well suited to parsing the database into sub categories. I also like its ability to schedule marketing at specific times and days. It is not as well suited for listing print material. Listing meaning grabbing from MLS listings.
