Chose Salesforce Maps
Allows for many more contacts to be loaded into the map.
Chose Salesforce Maps
Unknown other products out there. Was led to Maps by our SF rep. I made the mistake of trusting a salesperson for solutions. SF reps are pushed to sell the going product, not actually HELP their clients.
Chose Salesforce Maps
MapAnything is very easy to use but it appears that similar companies are too. Because of the new pricing structure, they are expensive.

Great tool for a large organization. They are now very expensive among other competitors unfortunately but have great customer service and easy setup.

Cons
  • I would like a better system for the follow up section
  • If i delete a pin, i still need to record that i visited that pin
  • I would like to see a page of my check in rather than having to download a PDF file

  • They just restructured their pricing model and we are ending our contract because of it - you have to pay for 10 users.
  • The crossover with accounts and contacts are hard to map.
  • The window sizes when navigating the maps are difficult to work with.

Worked well once you figured it out. The 'help portal' was no 'help'. Once you get done self-teaching yourself enough of the terminology and workings, it is pretty quick and easy to use. But the learning curve, again, is not worth the time or effort

Support was comical. It was barely available and the few times I did get help the language barrier was extraordinarily problematic
