Likelihood to Recommend	SalesPanda is great. It's a multifaceted user-friendly platform to find your target market, determine interest, and help drive your market. I've reviewed a LOT of software on this same platform and while I can sing the praises of this all day, it's not much different from the other software that's already readily available. I will say this is great for a mid-size agency, as there's no option to purchase separate components separately, and that can be a bit pricey. Pros	They offer a free trial – I know this sounds pretty basic, but not all software offers that. Especially in a market saturated with marketing campaign software, this is a HUGE plus. SalesPanda offers training through online webinars – there isn't a need to go searching around on YouTube if you don't understand something. Additional plus! Their customer support is top-notch. Cons	We didn't like that SalesPanda came as an entire package (which can be pricey). It would be nice if you could purchase different parts of it separately. There's no A/B testing. This is something others offer that SalesPanda doesn't. While customer service is great, their business hours are a little wonky. I'd prefer to have 24/7 customer care rather than 8-5. Support Rating	No answers on this topic	I have not been involved with support from Showpad so I am not entirely sure. However, we have received some emails from our help desk about an outage and it seems like it didn't last very long so I would say that it was pretty effective support to that extent.
