Solid Commerce is a cloud-based channel and marketplace selling solution that integrates with a number of marketplaces, along with the users ERP, warehouse management application, accounting system, etc. to provide integrated management of orders, inventory, and logistics, as well as get discounts on shipping with major carriers and manage content about products on all marketplaces.
SellerApp helps me with the latest updates about my amazon business through timely alerts. It allows me to manage my account daily. I get regular metric updates about my Amazon account by mail which I can access from anywhere. This feature has helped me make quick changes to increase my total profitability
Solid Commerce may be helpful for small businesses that want to reach from one marketplace to become multi-channel based. However, I would recommend short contracts, long trial periods, request a teammate with 2+ years experience at the company and don't be afraid to communicate your needs. I do feel there is a place for the company in the marketplace, it is less expensive than most, it has a lot of benefits in segmentation and pricing needs, but it can lack in reliability and is not as reactive to customers for an e-commerce market.
Helped in reducing ad spending by bringing down ACoS and eliminating negative keywords. Also Focus on parameters such as match type, bid amount, and competition.
SellerApp's Amazon Keyword Research tool helped in identifying and targeting all customer search terms for maximum visibility.
Helped in increasing Amazon PPC sales with regular optimization and refining the campaign performance.
As their company grew and our e-commerce department grew, Solid Commerce lacked in customer service.
At one point we could see a high turnover rate of Solid Commerce employees, leading to a disconnect for customers.
We had a hard time functioning with other external tools like ShipWorks, ShipStation, our DMS, even uploading using excel files became unreliable.
We ended our relationship with Solid Commerce less then a year ago because we could not rely on their automation and communication. They knew this for months before we decided to terminate the relationship.
SellerApp has leveled up our PPC game to a great extent. There are a lot of platforms out there that offer the same services. And having tried a couple of them before SellerApp, We can safely say that we are most satisfied with SellerApp's professionalism and expertise. It is an all-in-one tool for Amazon Seller.
ChannelAdvisor is a step up in building our e-commerce business. They have met our communication and customer service needs. They work with our other tools like e-Desk and ShipStation reliably. However, that step up comes with additional costs. ChannelAdvisor is an investment that is higher then Solid Commerce. However, we are about 10 months in and not once have we lost connection with ShipStation or not been able to print pick tickets
With SellerApp's tools and optimization techniques, we were able to decrease our ACoS and generate a high ROI. On the whole, it has been really efficient
SellerApp is the wisest choice when it comes to Amazon PPC Management. It has been providing us with PPC data that helped us execute the right actions to reach our target ACoS.
