Quickbooks enterprise is an all in one solution, it really is good at what it does being an all in one. A large amount has moved to Quickbooks Online which does not have a shipping solutions so many people are switching to ShipStation in order to fulfill their shipping needs by …
ShipStation seems to provide the bare minimal compared to others in the industry. I would rate it one of the lowers in terms of shipping service providers.
ShipStation is mainly used for automating and streamlining our shipping process. It doesn't track inventory or deal with fulfillment. ShipBob, on the other hand, is a fulfillment and shipping provider. (in addition to automation) Because our e-commerce business is still small …
In my experience, they both are bad. I believe ShipStation was the better option when we moved over, but I do not believe it has not kept up with changes on Shopify.
ShipStation is above and beyond all of its competition. I have tried them all. I also need the ability to ship things, first-class, with just a stamp (no tracking), and Pirate Ship and anything else like Pirate Ship does not have that feature. ShipStation is the only one …
As mentioned we use Shipstation for the international documentation benefits to ship via UPS. Definitely a better option than our own cart's native shipping software.
We select ShipStation for our store and for clients' stores as an easy way to get accurate shipping rates for national orders. ShipStation is easy to integrate
into the Shopify and Big Commerce store platforms, free app, 1 click install, easy set-up
and clients like the easy to …
Before using ShipStation, we used Stamps.com. Stamps.com is still around and is actually the parent company of ShipStation. The only difference is they deal specifically with the Post Office I believe, while the ShipStation software can use almost any provider. Stamps.com …
We used ShipStation along with a separate inventory program. It would have been great to have them integrated together. Other than that we've been satisfied with ShipStation and would recommend it. It was easy to train staff to use ShipStation. Because it was consistent and …
I have used stamps.com's Windows based software and was introduced to shipstation after stamps.com purchased Shipstation. It's good for printing postage, but does not sync orders from different marketplaces like shipstation does.
I've tried built-in shipping fulfillment options, like Shopify's or BigCommerce's, and I have tried other third-party options, like Shippo. None have stood up to the pure flexibility of ShipStation's options. They're worth every penny, and the fact that you easily save enough, …
I use ShipStation with BigCommerce. In the past I have had to use USPS.com, UPS.com, FedEx.com, Etsy.com, etc. Now I don't have to go to multiple places to give my customers choices, and ShipStation far surpasses all of the sites I used before integrating it with our website. I …
I've used Stamps.com on its own in the past and ShipStation makes life so much easier and faster. You can create templates for products so they can be quickly processed and batched or you can batch your international and domestic orders separately. For a few years while we …
I find that the reporting you get out of ShipStation is far better and customizable than what you get from ShippingEasy. I also like the ShipStation app better, and I find it much easier to manage and add users with ShipStation. ShippingEasy wasn't bad and had good support, I …
We selected ShipStation because it has custom store/marketplace integrations available that allowed us to connect to a service others couldn't. These integrations seem to be growing and that custom integration is now available out-of-the-box.
ShipStation does one thing, shipping, and it does that one thing really well. You can definitely go out there and try to find software that handles both shipping and inventory, and that may work for certain businesses, but for mine, I've found it incredibly necessary to use the …
We use BrightPearl so I had the options down to ShipWorks and ShipStation. I was voted against on ShipStation because the price is a little higher so we started with ShipWorks. After 2 months we cancelled ShipWorks and moved to ShipStation and we haven't looked back.

I am highly satisfied with the services that the
platform is offering. It has been running on a regular basis with good
efficiency and high plus stable performance that ultimately boosts confidence
Webgility is an amazing platform. It has served as a god sent angel for bridging the gap between marketplaces and
Quickbooks. Altogether, Webgility is doing well and I am really happy with the
overall experience in spite of some very few ups and downs. Moreover,
It is one of the best platforms I have ever used. Webgility has been very helpful in mitigating human errors, which leads to so much time-saving. Webgility connects all the pieces, like a messed-up jigsaw puzzle, and keeps the orders synchronized well in Quickbooks.
I have tried many multi-channel software programs and it all depends on your needs. I used Shopify and QBPOS and that is why I choose Webgility in the first place. All software programs have good and bad points it just depends on how you use them. I simply do not recommend …
Wegility was already in place when I started with the company. However, I have chosen to keep using it because of the ease of use as well as how well it works and how well it is supported by Webgility help desk. I also find it to be cost effective for our company. A total …
Great when it works. The huge downside when it doesn't if you do not have contingency plans in place. Do not expect timely updates to issues, and you will likely never be able to speak with a human for tech support. A good option for International Shippers in that it streamlines the export documentation when it is working.
This platform is a pretty decent platform that has all the required facilities which makes it a good platform for the users. I would recommend this software to businesses because this is not too hefty in their pockets and this can be pretty affordable for many. Also, it works quite efficiently and effectively.
The integrations between ShipStation, the marketplaces, and Channel Advisor are perfect and rarely have issues.
ShipStation automatically sends the shipment notification to the marketplace and emails the customer with tracking information which means we never have to worry if our customers are receiving that info.
The tracking portal for custom websites is absolutely great. We've branded it to match our e-commerce store and it provides access for our buyers to real-time tracking updates.
In my opinion, customer support is abysmal. I truly believe support people are trained to just delay, delay, delay as there are multiple times the responses I get back are essentially like the utterly useless tech questions "is your unit plugged in?"
In my experience, there is literally no way to contact anyone at ShipStation outside of their Support Chat/Case System. They have an email for support but it all goes to the same place.
There are certain deprivations associated with Webgility. Some of them are that it does not answer phones or emails. I feel that the concept of Webgility is great, but at the same time, you have to know exactly what to do in order for the system to work properly, effectively, and efficiently.
In the beginning, I felt it was complicated software, so it took time to learn. Since then the experience has been smooth and good.
There are just many issues regarding communication of policies and requirements regarding API usage and plan level needs that cause for the low rating. Also, the lack of reporting details that are available through the platform is not ideal for our 3PL needs to track activities of customer's orders and shipping Qty or activities
ShipStation customer support was easy to use. The written help sections were clear and we could find answers to our questions even if we had to dig a little and read several articles. We often used the chat feature to get quick answers. Once the system was set up for our needs it worked quite well.
ShipStation is above and beyond all of its competition. I have tried them all. I also need the ability to ship things, first-class, with just a stamp (no tracking), and Pirate Ship and anything else like Pirate Ship does not have that feature. ShipStation is the only one that does. With ShipStation, I can ship a flat, rigid mailer for 76 cents. With Pirate Ship, the minimum is over $3. When you ship a lot of these, it all adds up.
Webgility is an Omnichannel Retail Suite for businesses offering ease and control. They have a secure concept of several layers of safety for business processes integrated. The stock reporting can be used in real-time or in history, and for planning. There is a versatile interface or integration into API for eCommerce markets and POS that is rich and can be customized with ease. Webgility offers great customer service facilities with plenty of adaptable features. That is a big range of features that can be researched with competitors. We had Multiorders, Zoho Inventory, Quickbook Desktop Enterprise in consideration. We see Multiorders coming closest. They have a great integration in various channels for sale and enable management of all kinds of orders including shipping. There is a comfortable part for the management of inventories too. Then we see Zoho Inventory which is easy to set up and seemingly more usable and comfortable to administrate. In the third position, we compare QuickBooks Online as the closest competitor. This offers similar ease in all processes of accounting. Everything is all in one place and close to real-time. The differences are small. There are different targets for optimization that make the difference
Webgility does not accept and imports all types of transactions which sometimes gets annoying.
I just totally love the immediate and instant technical as well as customer support of Webgility which is always there to help us out at any sort of minor to major hiccup.
Webgility gives us the autonomy and the liberty to work in a form of the hosted environment.
Webgility has a very seamless integration which is far better than any other program we have worked with.
