Cons	No answers on this topic	Connection between other services ERP, CRM and slack. Textmagic is a tool for kids who want to SMS chat. The possibility to change the SMS provider to Twilio or others. Likelihood to Renew	No answers on this topic	I am very happy with how TextMagic is working. I don't see a reason to spend time searching for another solution when this works great at a good price. Usability	No answers on this topic	It has been very easy to use TextMagic to set up. The calculator showing character count which relates to cost is easy to see and adjust. The scheduling portion is also easy to set up and edit if needed. You can see history to copy wording if you need to. I have suggested to other friends that do not have a text service. Return on Investment	No answers on this topic	It's just a small part of our communications with employees but they appreciate it very much! It is a very cost effective communications tool.
