We did get proposals from other companies, but RedCarpet is working very well for us and has achieved the streamlining of onboarding that we hoped it would. I would say that if I could do it all over again - I would have set up the onboarding differently and then we would never have had to change. Cost was also an issue. Though we evaluated other ATS products, no other onboarding products were analyzed. |
