SimplyHired is almost neck in neck with ZipRecruiter, but overall it stands out in the number of applicants it obtains. I do think that trends come and go, and there could come a time when ZipRecruiter is the best place for applicants, but until we see a decline on …
I have used Indeed and Proven for hiring. Indeed is great, but Proven was more for corporate staff. I like Snag because it was developed for part to full-time service industry jobs. It has more people there for my company, where, with others, there are more professional or …
PeopleMatter was selected primarily to support the store environment, and it does an excellent job in that space. It was chosen over other vendors for its easy to use, intuitive interface that really meets the needs of the manager in a retail store. The system helps managers …
Honestly, the number one reason I choose PeopleMatter was the look and feel of the system. I needed something that was not intimidating to use. My restaurant managers do not have time to try and figure out how to use complicated systems. PeopleMatter had a familiar face to it, …
Seriously, it's the onboarding that sets PeopleMatter apart from the rest. Every payroll company I have ever met with always says their service can work for what we need and replace PeopleMatter. However, they never can link our applications to their site, provide a way to …
Previoulsy, we did everything in house before so PeopleMatter has been a time saver. I use to spend days just checking paperwork to make sure it was complete and then to verify applicants was a nightmare. PeopleMatter has simplified all of that and completely changed my work …
PeopleMatter is straight forward and easy to use - from the administrative side it is virtually an out of the box process. You plug in your locations, jobs, and availabilities, know your Onboarding steps, add a link to your website an go! It's not perfect but this was our first …
I've no evidence at this point to rate Snagajob (Snag) in relation to other such services. I do suppose it's a better experience than a previously mentioned competitor.
The job types (full time, contract, part time etc.) help to easily distinguish between different types of job postings, and the jobs are filtered based on the job types. The most recent job or openings are displayed on top which helps the job aspirants to apply to the most recent ones. The salary calculator app helps to understand better the salary applicable for the position and the experience.
Peoplematter is a great solution for companies who want to save time and money on the onboarding process. It is a very simple solution that will really aid your managers and HR with their daily duties. It provides relief by ensuring the W4 and I9 are filled out accurately, plus additional onboarding items. It integrates with job boards making posting jobs a breeze. It has great reporting functions to help track where your new hires are coming from, turnover, assessments scores, etc. Honestly, I feel PeopleMatter's Price Point makes this product valuable to any size company or business
Although the sorting process is easy through SimplyHired when you check candidates to send a message, it un-checks them after the message is sent, so you have to go back through and re-check all applicants to move them. I'd like to have the candidates remain checked and highlighted after I send them a message.
It would be great to have messages sent out automatically once we move them into new categories.
Messaging candidates options are limited. There are pre-written questions if you want to use them, but I cannot change them or figure out how to change them.
To schedule an interview I only have 140 characters to leave a note to the candidate.
The "My Team" features are not useful to my company at all.
There used to be a search candidate function, but it was limited. It has been removed from the site.
I would definitely renew our use of PeopleMatter, because it would not be beneficial or cost effective for us to go back to doing it in house. If they are willing to listen to our needs and wants and update the program for the better on a regular basis why would you. I feel like we got in on the ground floor and we are evolving with them
I am a big fan of the services provided in SimplyHired. I have no reservations recommending this product to any HR department that is looking for new avenues to explore in attracting candidates.
The account reps were easily reachable. I have made different types of recommendation, especially about the communication part. There are videos and a help center with fairly quick response times. I can easily update my career site, and they even have a text to hire option. I have not used that yet, but we are discussing it.
SimplyHired is almost neck in neck with ZipRecruiter, but overall it stands out in the number of applicants it obtains. I do think that trends come and go, and there could come a time when ZipRecruiter is the best place for applicants, but until we see a decline on SimplyHired, we don't plan to invest elsewhere.
PeopleMatter was selected primarily to support the store environment, and it does an excellent job in that space. It was chosen over other vendors for its easy to use, intuitive interface that really meets the needs of the manager in a retail store. The system helps managers select the best talent that has completed a validated assessment, improving the quality of talent in our stores.
The ROI on using PeopleMatter is amazing when I consider the amount of paper saved, time saved, and not to mention the fact that using these services prevented our company from having to hire an assistant to help take care of the large amounts of paper work that come through our office.
