Simpplr seemed to have the most modern approach when describing what they want to achieve for the company. It integrates with all the platforms that we use and ticked all of the boxes we were looking for in a modern intranet package. It is significantly more modern and easier …
Sociabble is the more premium and customizable version of Smarp. It offers significantly more customization, even if it isn't as 'turnkey' of a solution for a team. I would encourage anyone with a large team (100+ members) or the time/resources to commit to this effort to …
It's well suited as a central point for your company. It can easily be branded for your every need and showcase everything that's going on for your users. The mobile app is excellent and gives the full package on your mobile device so that you're always in tune with what's going on at your workplace. There are loads of shoutouts and constant uploads of team photos and excursions. We work for a really active company, so there are always loads getting posted on a day-to-day basis. It breaks up the monotony of staring at a spreadsheet when you see your colleagues having fun while working.
Something I really [like about Sociabble} is the ease of use of the tool, for the most part, and the information provided about the various features within [the software]. On the other hand, [I suggest] that Sociabble [should prove upon] the different [purviews] of admin and users. Sociabble [could be useful if there [were] different gradations of admin's [role in coordinating with] the user's [ability to modify] and edit posts and comments.
User-Friendly Layout: A layout and feel that will be very familiar to anyone who uses other social media channels, especially Pinterest.
Ease Of Use: Incredibly simple platform to connect your profiles with and begin using; while it has significant opportunity for customization and higher-level usage, the basic purpose and configuration of the platform is incredibly straight-forward.
Customization: There are a ton of customizable options and elements that Sociabble provides, compared to other products on the market.
I don't like the name. It's actually not simpler to spell Simpplr. Nice product, daft name.
I'd like to see the people section stand out more and have a bolder collaboration side to it. It would be awesome to collaborate on documents together via a screen share facility.
Video calling directly via Simpplr would be awesome.
Gamification is geared towards adding new users (and thus paid for seats for Sociabble), rather than incentives to promote specific campaigns by existing users.
Can’t measure engagement for a particular month/week.
I believe that the price can be revised and improved, not taking all the performance out of the software, just analyzing that it is great and that it can have more reach if the price is improved for interested parties with lower conditions.
Simpplr seemed to have the most modern approach when describing what they want to achieve for the company. It integrates with all the platforms that we use and ticked all of the boxes we were looking for in a modern intranet package. It is significantly more modern and easier to manage than our old Intranet. Our comms team loves it, and feedback has been great from everyone in the company. It's hard to find any negatives about it.
Sociabble is the more premium and customizable version of Smarp. It offers significantly more customization, even if it isn't as 'turnkey' of a solution for a team. I would encourage anyone with a large team (100+ members) or the time/resources to commit to this effort to consider Sociabble, while I'd recommend Smarp for smaller teams or a company that doesn't have the time/bandwidth to dedicate resources to the management of the platform.
