The system is quick and easy to use for our front-line staff allowing them to serve our members extremely fast. Additional functionality n some modules would allow us to move off some third party vendors and do it within the existing system.

The application works well for Wealth Management, Insurance, and core banking tools as it has a ground-up level and information that makes it one of a kind with unique features to support each of the mentioned. The BaNCS allowed us to migrate to digital-only at the earliest timeframe and adapt to the modern banking expectation of our clients.

  • It has allowed us to grow from a less than 500 million dollar in asset size credit union to a 2 billion dollar is asset size credit union over the past 20 years.
  • Growth is asset size achieved without sacrificing member service.
  • With our focus on member service and the usage of the system, we have seen continuous growth in our membership every year.
