The district will be transitioning to Datto Backupify. Datto Backupify is more financially suitable to the needs of the district. Additionally, some of the features in SysCloud are available within the Google Workspace Admin Console.

A similar software that I have used is Apple iCloud. However, this seems to have even more limited storage and requires you to purchase more often. I struggle with backing my devices up as well.

I prefer Upsafe Free Gmail Backup as it works to effectively save and protect our important brainstorms and conversations, as Google auto-saves in real-time. Cloud Backup for Office365 is slightly clumsier and harder to share as so many team members don’t pay for Microsoft …

We didn't consider other products because we use a lot of Google products so it makes sense to choose Free Gmail Backup.

I have personally used Apple's cloud backup. I think Office 365 Cloud Backup is as easy to use as Apple's version and I would not hesitate to recommend Office 365 Cloud Backup.

Upsafe Free Gmail Backup is well suited for organizations especially in the financial services or sales companies or any company that has compliance standards that need to be met. It is very easy to go back and recall any email that was lost previously when being audited as well.

The support for this software has been very impressive. I have not had any problems as I have been using it for the past year. I never have to worry about what may happen if I lose a file because I know it can be recovered by the support provided here.

  • Free means that we had nothing to lose to give it a try!
  • The staff time spent learning the program has been really worthwhile, as it was relatively quick.
  • I think Upsafe Free Gmail Backup has given our team peace of mind with no price tag.
