Widepoint offers a range of products and services to enterprises and government entities. TEM is available a a product called Telecom Lifecycle Management and is also available as a managed service which includes mobility management, identity authentication and access management.
Telesoft helps a organization to bring all the calls and data needs at one place and help them to access that information although it has limited access but it can be very helpful for an organization. There is one con I can see is the pricing there that is a Little higher for Medium Scale Businesses. That was the biggest reason we had to switch there.

It has allowed us to reduce costs and improve efficiency by consolidating and centralizing all of our telecom data and information, which has made it easier for us to track and manage our inventory, contracts, and invoices.
