Tenant Turner is suited for managing rental properties because tenants can easily schedule viewings online. It is easier to monitor vacant rental properties', and check activation status, lead count, and viewings count. It gives rental, lead and viewing activity reports.

Works really well for us. The software is provided by our state board of Realtors for our use as a benefit for the annual dues we pay. Our team members can step into a folder and create offers with ease. We can add external PDFs & other documents to the folders for storage.

  • easily monitoring of rental properties
  • once a property is rented, it's easy to deactivate the viewing access online so people are no longer allowed to view a certain property unlike if it is done manually
