Likelihood to Recommend	While we saw some benefit from Tessian early on, it quickly became apparent that it was unnecessary. This was exacerbated by issues the program caused our Outlook clients, who felt we did not get the attention and assistance required to continue using Tessian in our environment. Cons	The Outlook Add-In broke several systems during use. There are many changes to the account reps and engineers assigned to us. As a result, we lost touch with Tessian. Lack of knowledge and help from Support during times when the Add-In was disrupting users.
