We have another program that could potentially be used in this way, but Text-Em-All is more cost-effective, allowing you to add funds as needed instead of monthly charges. The integration with CRM can be better (writeback capabilities) that automatically enter in notes within our CRM system. This is a glaring issue that will be a major win.
