Zoho Invoice is a completely free product. It has no contracts, no ads, and no hidden fees
Ultimately I selected Clockify instead of TimeCamp. As previously mentioned, I believe that TimeCamp wasn't that intuitive, and too many things were behind pay walls. Clockify offered the same features mostly for free. Although TimeCamps UX was sleeker than Clockify's I found …
TimeCamp provides a virtuous customer service system with
various collaboration possibilities; its architecture is critical for
interaction with project management, accounting, sales and marketing, and CRM.
We evaluated these other products and decided TimeCamp was much more user-friendly. Being able to have a more user-friendly platform was mission-critical for us. The other products are equally as wonderful, but TimeCamp made the most amount of sense for us at the time. It has …
TimeCamp
is distinctive and virtuous because it provides a flexible payment system with
a free plan to make it even more attractive, it simply provides the essential
I am a satisfied user of TimeCamp due to many reasons including its advanced kind of performance. TimeCamp also offers an attendance module that fully automates employee presence as well as absence management which for me is quite beneficial and has made my life simpler. It is …
I had to use Teamwork Projects for tracking time previously but it lacks some important features. However, TimeCamp is well-designed software. This helps to understand things easily,
clear tracking resulting in managing time properly. It is easy to use, easy
to set up which …
Our journey to finding TimeCamp did not lead us to any competitors. When I first started my SEO company I was tracking everything by hand and that worked fine until I started building a team. I was already using Trello and preferred not to change so we began by looking at add …
I explored Toggl, and my financial software Harpoon (which I love) also provides time tracking. But, I've yet to have a strong reason to leave TimeCamp, and the alternatives I researched before choosing it were not as good. In a moment when I thought about switching, the value …
I used and checked a few kinds of software like TimeCamp, yet I could not get productivity as much as what TimeCamp gave me and my organization. When we used other software we had always been faced with different kinds of problems like update problems, invoice problems, and …
I used 2 kinds of software before using Timecamp but what I saw on Timecamp is that it is easy to use and not expensive like other programs. Also,Timecamp does not pressure us to get our money since payment methods are specific and on time.
Firstly Timecamp is working with different other software like Podio and Trello and these tools are also useful. It took a long time to find an application for tracking and prioritizing time, and when we decided to purchase Timecamp, we did not have any regrets. It takes a …
As I mentioned before, time is the most necessary thing and you have to use it more wisely, if you don't you will be lost in deadlines. That's why I choose Timecamp and bring it to my company. Timecamp is kinda most important program that every company must have it for their …
TimeCamp has the absolute smallest impact on my PC's performance and that's a huge plus. I never even realize it's running. The "widget" is barely noticeable and is the least intrusive one that maintains a visible presence. Some apps, like ActivTrak have no visible indicator at …
Zoho Invoice streamlines bill creation and sending by personalizing invoices with logos, identities, and terms. It offers detailed payment reports, an integrated payment system, and payment summaries for tracking success. It automates invoicing and payment tasks, saving time …
Google Drive stored my invoices in one accessible location but required more time and maintenance. I didn't want to invest the time into building out sheet functions to carry over figures across sheets, so I researched invoicing options. I am already a fan of Zoho services, so …
Zoho Invoice is much easier and convenient then Microsoft Office 365 when we create invoices and track or manage payments. Furthermore, Zoho Invoice integrates effortlessly with Stripe Payments, enabling us to quickly create online payment links inside the digital online …
Before Zoho Invoice, I used Cashboard App. Cashboard App did what I needed, but it was limited as far as the reports and the types of payments I could accept. Offering a variety of payment options is important to me as a provider. It also wasn't as aesthetically pleasing as …
Zoho Invoice is easier to use, for pure invoicing and time tracking, then QuickBooks Online and O365. QuickBooks Online is more robust, but with that comes the admin overhead to learn, update and maintain. O365 requires manual creation of invoices, or searching out available …
Zoho Invoice stacks up well against may other products as it brings real value for little of no investment up front...Zoho Invoice is also very easy to learn, configure, and use.
The first one I used was Zoho Books. I liked it, it is very similar but has more options, it looked excellent integrated with Zoho CRM, but I really need something simpler and so, I selected Zoho Invoice. The latest update of Zoho CRM integrates well. When we grow more as a …
Method:CRM was a disaster. We spent several weeks trying to set up Method:CRM and promises about connecting to a merchant account simply did not exist. Zoho was up and running in one day. We reviewed around 15 different options and Zoho was the best/most suitable for us.
Freshbooks is very robust, with many, many layers of functionality. While they try to help businesses save by customizing certain parts of the process, they just can't edit enough to reach a reasonable justification for some small businesses as far as the cost goes. Zoho …
TimeCamp is a software designed for mobile devices that allows us to keep track of the working hours of employees without the use of a computer. It also allows us to send notifications to employees when their workday is approaching.
TimeCamp allows you to add taxes, calculate payroll and invoice everything in one place.
TimeCamp is useful to create the payment plan of each employee; automatically calculates the discounts for the taxes that must be paid, facilitating the task of processing payroll payments.
TimeCamp makes it easy to calculate ROI by evaluating and comparing hourly labor costs to revenue.
TimeCamp makes it easy to review the workday while budgeting for new initiatives and paying employees.
Zoho Invoice is well suited for any business, regardless of size, that needs to have a way to create invoices with hourly or flat rates. It's easy to create and archive projects. It also integrates into their other tools, including Zoho Projects. Zoho is great for businesses who want to accept online payments. You can use PayPal, Stripe, and a few others. Clients can also pay via ACH. It lets you know when a payment is processing AND when it clears. I believe that it would not be well suited in instances where a company creates lots of credit notes (because from the invoice screen the credit will appear to grow, but when you check active credit notes, it is the right amount) or estimates (I can't figure out how to use this feature)
Time tracking. Zoho invoice makes it super easy to track time and hours against specific clients and specific tasks.
Unbilled / billed time reporting. Zoho Invoice gives a dashboard view of hours yet to be billed, which helps keep on top of invoicing so nothing is missed.
Reporting. Zoho Invoice offers a robust reporting module for the price point. Canned reports can be customized easily.
Invoice sending and tracking. Zoho Invoice makes it easy to create and send invoices. Invoices are easy to clone, which makes creating regular, repeatable invoices a snap.
TimeCamp is a little bit expensive. It needs overall improvement in all tools. Moreover, the mobile version is not as useful as the web version of TimeCamp.
Other than that, customer service needs more attention and requires more improvement.
Also, I feel like that if there are more features of TimeCamp then it would be better.
Ease of access of using the dashboard the buttons I mean like if it is taught in 10th I would have worked it. Simple and minimal hi give good entry to be more transparent and sharable to clients in seconds. The client also get shocked by saying it's fast.
I am giving support a rating of 8 but that is quite arbitrary. Honestly, we have never had the need to contact support for any reason. There has not been a situation where we became stuck and could not figure out how to work through it. Sign up was easy and billing is like clockwork so there has been no need to contact billing support. I think this is a testament to the ease of use of TimeCamp.
Ultimately I selected Clockify instead of TimeCamp. As previously mentioned, I believe that TimeCamp wasn't that intuitive, and too many things were behind pay walls. Clockify offered the same features mostly for free. Although TimeCamps UX was sleeker than Clockify's I found that Clockify was a better fit for me.
Zoho Invoice streamlines bill creation and sending by personalizing invoices with logos, identities, and terms. It offers detailed payment reports, an integrated payment system, and payment summaries for tracking success. It automates invoicing and payment tasks, saving time and money for companies. Zoho Invoice integrates with Stripe Payments, enhancing settlement processes and promoting digital payment adoption.
The most positive impact it has had is that we are able to accurately track our clients billed time. This has streamlined our process giving us a more efficient system.
One thing that timecamp can do is track computer time that is non billed time. This allow us to see where time is being wasted which does have a direct effect on out ROI.
The biggest ROI for my business is that Zoho Invoice reduced the cost of invoicing so much, that I was able to invest that savings back into the business development allowing us to grow.
Zoho Invoice provides the option of giving your clients a client portal through which they have access to their own accounts and can see and print their own reports as needed. That helps to create a transparency that our clients love.
Zoho Invoice has been dependable. I have not had one issue with using the platform or its functions since I switched to it a few years ago.
