Cons	We've had a few instances where the site was down and we weren't able to access our schedules which was tricky, so now we save a back up copy to have on hand in case it goes down. Return on Investment	Makes employees more accountable Easier to request time off rather than taking management's time up - they can view requests at their convenience Some employees don't like it and don't utilize it consistently - might be better if it could be some sort of clock-in icon on desktop instead of a website window that needs to be opened.
