Additional DetailsProcore charges an upfront annual fee by product and based upon Annual Construction Volume (ACV) - the aggregate dollar value of the construction work across the customer's projects. Procore contracts include access for unlimited users, customer support, unlimited data storage, and product enhancements, at no additional cost. Multi-year pools: Contract volume is set for the entire multi-year term and can be consumed at any time during that period to help smooth out variability in consumption. Volume opt-in: Up-front contractual pricing is put in place for additional volume that might need to be added mid-term, to increase predictability of costs. Renewal rate protection: Up-front setting of rates is locked now, so businesses can budget accordingly for future renewals and improve cost predictability in future years.

We came from ProLog, and the biggest thing here is collaboration. Whether it is from the field or external, ProLog had zero collaboration options. Our strongest contender when choosing Procore was Bim 360 (or Autodesk Cloud), we in the end decided this product wasn't fully …

    Chose Procore
We first utilized Procore because it was mandated by the Owner. However, after using it for a few years, I've found that it's my preferred platform. It works just as well (if not better!) than the other programs that I've used. It's typically more user-friendly.

Procore is web based, providing simple access everywhere but still allows for downloading data to in-house archives.

    Chose Procore
Prolog is a good project management application, but it doesn't offer the level of customization along with customer feedback & support that Procore does. CMiC is also very similar to Procore and Prolog, but the available features and tools within CMiC fall short of what …

Procore was the first platform we witnessed that appeared to be designed by, or at least in tandem, with construction professionals. The tool itself fits in with how construction operations staff currently do their work and require minimal training in order to roll-out. We also …

Procore is easier to use than the competition. It is built for intuitive use and not needing a lot of training for end users. It does all of the things it promises to do, including accounting, but doesn't seem to be an accounting software tweaked for project management. Their …

Procore is a better solution than either of these products. I chose Procore for our company because I had used it at another company and really appreciated the way it helped me stay organized. I also liked the fact that we can issue an iPad to our superintendent and he will …

Prolog was not as advanced as Procore when we did our Demo of both products in 2015. The web interface was not as user friendly for Prolog as it was for Procore. It seemed like Prolog was playing catch up to Procore. Procore has continued to change in the 3 plus years we …

We used to use Prolog, but it was very "clunky" ... Procore is much more intuitive and user-friendly. Plus, we liked Procore's ability to be accessed across many types of devices, since we have workers on-site without desktop computers (they mostly have tablets and/or mobile …

    Chose Procore
Procore provides a more robust construction administration platform than either Prolog or PlanGrid, in our opinion. It is easier for new users to start, and after a period of use, it has been better received than other programs we've used.

We used Prolog for a number of years, primarily for contracts, RFI's, Submittals, and Financials but found it to be very cumbersome and non-user friendly. It was slow and the user training was very poor from what I experienced.

Procore takes all of these programs and combines them into 1. It is very user-friendly and allows subs to see what the contractor wants them to see and nothing more. These other programs have their individual strengths but having all of them together on one platform that has …
