TrustRadius delivers the most credible B2B technology decisioning platform, helping buyers confidently make decisions with comprehensive, vetted product information and customer-generated content.
It stacks up as the main review service, but the truth is you need to be on all the software review sites so that you can be across them all the reach all your buyers. Overall its a great tool, would recommend.
Capterra is well known, more traditional, and more focused on the software segment (different from trust pilot), and the descriptions are well summarized and optimized for those who are reading/searching. It is the primary choice by people looking for that purpose, and so it …
I would say they are neck and neck very similar. Both have the same great features, and verified users, and both are free to use. When you look for honest software reviews in any search engine, both companies are the first names to appear. That way you can compare reviews on …
Very well. It is a lot more niche and bespoke to what we need and are looking for. Trustpilot is very broad and not focused on the digital industries so the results were vague and not constructive to us making decisions. Often Trustpilot reviews were weak in fulling assessing …
I only know Capterra and TrustRadius but it certainly works similar to TrustRadius. Quora works more like a posting site where you can get information, but Capterra organizes it better while Quora is really hard to identify the pros and cons sometimes.
Since we were using different companies to find out valuable information regarding the software we could use, we were able to determine that TrustRadius for Buyers had a better filtering procedure to ensure the risk of having biased reviews was mitigated to the minimum, on top …
TrustRadius for Buyers has more specific details that I am looking for, as well as comparable products. I also trust the reviews better on TrustRadius for Buyers.
TrustRadius has a particular niche for enterprises like my company which the other platforms miss the mark. Actually TrustRadius and Gartner Peer Insights would be the closest rivals in the software review circle for enterprises. There's software that is not available on …
While G2 and Capterra cover a wider range of categories, TrustRadius focuses specifically on business technology solutions. TrustRadius is known for its emphasis on verifying user reviews and providing in-depth insights. Their user base consists of professionals and …
Since in the past I have make the purchase decision after getting the reviews from the trust radius and it is come out to be useful for the organisation and also we are keep getting the updates from the trust radius to make the decision for future purchases. This is due to good …
While the G2 for Buyers platform and the TrustRadius for Buyers platform are both very similar in ease of use and catalog of software solutions or technology platforms, they differ in the way that they are set up and managed.
I have browsed G2 and Capterra in the past, but always come back to TrustRadius for Buyers because it is organized in a way that appeals to me and has a better quality of review, I find.
TrustRadius for Buyers is a more robust platform to compare software products against G2 for instance, because it's more focused on the final user that will make the buying decision.
I find TrustRadius for Buyers more useful than the others because of the transparency and clarity of its user reviews, along with how easy it is to compare particular products and their pros and cons against each other.
Not applicable. This has been the only site I have ever really used to get my reviews and I have always relied on the numbers to make my choices as opposes to written reviews. This is the best one stop solution and I've never seen the use in relying on another site.
We use TrustRadius for Buyers equally with Capterra - although Capterra has some more integrated video reviews, we appreciate how TrustRadius for Buyers sources their reviewers and vets the reviews before they are posted. We have only glanced at SourceForge for a few things, as …
G2 is similar but doesn’t have all the software that TrustRadius for Buyers has and cannot be beat on its layout and user friendly experience. The comparison is on point and the overall data is presented easily to follow, no distractions, G2 has a lot of website distractions.
TrustRadius offered me everything I wanted in a well organised manner. It gave me detailed information of the product by keeping in mind my objectives and needs. The reviews I found on TrustRadius were trustworthy. No fake information was been given to me as a new customer …
TrustRadius for Buyers tends to be a bit more thorough I have found. Sometimes the other sites are very biased for something and aren't exploring the nuances of what is/isn't good.
If you're a new entrepreneur and getting into the online world, Capterra is a wonderful resource to help you get started with investing in tech and software, which every online entrepreneur needs and which can often times seem overwhelming. I used it to help me get off the ground when it came time to invest in software and I appreciate a service like this
Well suited: For a company or organization that knows what they need to solve problems or optimize processes. TrustRadius for Buyers is ideal as you can check out categories and alternatives and read super-specific reviews that apply to your use case. Less appropriate: If you are unsure what you're trying to accomplish or the area/function to optimize with software, you can be overwhelmed with the vast offer of reviews because you don't know where to look.

since it is a page that provides data although very long to read are specific and technical as they are, data of people who have used or use the program you may need for the company, and help us solve a problem, without the need to hire external consultants or expensive programs, saving us money in the company
Its a simple and easy to use tool, you can get set-up and your product published very quickly - its also copies this information to its other review sites. If you have a SaaS product, it should be on your list to sort your Capterra listing out.
TrustRadius for Buyers is very easy to use. The layout is simple and not intimidating. Some review sites are intimidating because the information seems to be all over the place but TrustRadius is very organized which helped me to seamlessly move between reviews and products
I would say they are neck and neck very similar. Both have the same great features, and verified users, and both are free to use. When you look for honest software reviews in any search engine, both companies are the first names to appear. That way you can compare reviews on both sites.
While G2 and Capterra cover a wider range of categories, TrustRadius focuses specifically on business technology solutions. TrustRadius is known for its emphasis on verifying user reviews and providing in-depth insights. Their user base consists of professionals and decision-makers, making it a valuable resource for trustworthy and detailed feedback. G2 and Capterra offer broader market coverage and a wide range of products. I personally do not prioritize any specific platform. Wherever I find detailed information, I use it.
