| Considered Both Products | Chose UKG Pro We wanted to do everything in UltiPro but Kronos had a much better timesheet solution. So instead we export from Kronos into UltiPro for our weekly payroll. They also have a much better customer service model. When I have an issue and create a case, they respond within 24 hours. Kronos is a very similar solution for a much better price but did not have every feature that UltiPro had at the time we reviewed.
