Usability	The user interface is fairly intuitive. It's not hard to find your content, set up your shares, or view your results/analytics. As mentioned, the content available for sharing within Clearview isn't great, but I don't place a ton of value on that, as this is likely intended for more sharing of original, unique content. Support Rating	I couldn't ask for better support. Everytime I have a question or concern, I talk to a real live person, and it is always the same project manager or the same supporting analyst if he is out of the office. They really feel like a part of the team since we connect and communicate regularly. I honestly don't think you can find this type of support anywhere today in such an automated world. Return on Investment	Positive. The cost up front is usually 0.5% - 3% MAX and savings are usually upwards of 15% - 30% so there is a massive ROI. The dedicated staff that supports the tool in the background is extremely helpful to address concerns and even requests for custom reports, completely free which is nice.
