| Considered Both Products | Chose vCenter Operations Manager (vCOPS), discontinued SolarWinds as an overall tool is much more flexible. It allows you to perform tasks based on events, whereas the vCenter Operations Manager monitors your environment. SolarWinds costs more. More Info Chose vCenter Operations Manager (vCOPS), discontinued The UI is heads and shoulders above VM Turbo, much clearer and user friendly. I did not like the cost modeling used in that product.
