Higher Logic was not able to be customized to meet our needs and felt outdated. Community Cloud required a lot of custom design and development that was very costly. More Info Chose Verint Community As stated in my opening, Verint fulfilled all of our business needs and has the most robust out of the box functionality. Many of the other platforms require heavy customization for design and reporting.
