It may not be at a Chrome level in terms of performance, but if you are looking for an internet browser and tools that you can manage the details of, it is useful to have a look. In general, Vivaldi is an application that does everything adequately. It does not have a built-in VPN. But internally it offers mail, calendar, translation, and manageable tools (tab groups, etc).
