Considered Both Products	Wix Rae Carson Communications Strategist in Marketing at Institute for Cultural Communicators (Non-profit Organization Management, 11-50 employees) Chose Wix Wix feels very similar to the experience I had with Squarespace some years ago. It far exceeds Drupal, which we found impossible to customize or integrate with things without the help of a professional developer. WordPress, of course, offers infinite customization options for … Incentivized Helpful? Jeff Montgomery CTO in Manufacturing at Animal Necessity (Veterinary, 11-50 employees) Chose Wix Wix is very similar to Squarespace where they both have easy to use user interfaces, and both lack the ability to get cute with custom code when desired. That being said, for us Wix tends to deliver better overall value of options for the price. A lot of 3rd party apps … Incentivized Helpful? Tyler Newman Marketing Director in Marketing at MGT Films (Construction, 11-50 employees) Chose Wix Wix is GREAT for a drag-and-drop website editor, but I prefer Squarespace. Squarespace has a lot more polished drag-and-drop modules. Squarespace feels more like a name-brand editor, as it's frequently discussed by many influencers online and has a high level of brand … Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose Wix Been using Wix for our digital platform for quite a while before the others. It's efficient, easy to use Incentivized Helpful? Gil Parrish Founder & CEO in Corporate at Parrish, Brumfield & Associates (Public Relations and Communications, 1-10 employees) Chose Wix Wix is much easier to use and manage Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose Wix Wix is super easy and straightforward; in comparison to the competitors I've used, it eliminates a lot of stress and anxiety around creating and maintaining a website. The affordability of Wix in comparison to other website platforms is also something that I appreciate. I … Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose Wix I was pleasantly surprised at how much more complex Wix was a designing a website than WordPress was, and yet it maintained the same level of simply pleasing aesthetic quality. Whereas before, when I first use WordPress, it was simply just a tad more than a blog, Wix as allowed … Incentivized Helpful? Alex Hey Head of Growth in Marketing at Coursebox (Computer Software, 1-10 employees) Chose Wix easier and more efficient to manage than WordPress, but there are times when you are unable to customise things. Wix is sort of like canva compared to photoshop, it does what it needs to the vast majority of the time and actually quite well Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose Wix Zoho provides a free email account which can be coupled to your website. Wix does not provide this free option but rather tries to sell a professional account through google. Incentivized Helpful? Qaisar Shakoor Research Assistant Intern in Research & Development at Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University (Hospital & Health Care, 201-500 employees) Chose Wix I have chosen Wix because of its great templates design and customization features Incentivized Helpful? Adrian Romero Brand designer in Marketing at Berlin Grey (Design, 1-10 employees) Chose Wix Thanks to the intuitive interface that Wix has, we've been able to accelerate the speed of some of our projects, which is very important for us. We find Wix easier and faster than WordPress or Squarespace, as these 2 are definitely more complex and hard to comprehend at some … Incentivized Helpful? Carl Pieri Growth Marketing Manager, HubSpot for Startups in Marketing at HubSpot (Internet, 1001-5000 employees) Chose Wix We thought that the features in Wix were easier to use and were more suited to a less technical audience. As our organization has a lot of non-intern-native age individuals, we needed something that was very intuitive. Squarespace seemed like more work to manage and overall … Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose Wix Wix is way better as a user-friendly tool that extends its use to non-high technology skill people, that let other people administrate the site other than the IT expert. Incentivized Helpful? Kate Woodward Marketing Project Manager in Marketing at LiveRamp (Marketing & Advertising, 501-1000 employees) Chose Wix I appreciate this tool the way it is going is excellent. The website is the first basic thing that speaks of a company. During its purchasing, I faced no difficulty in terms of licensing and it provides me all the necessary tools by which I can easily create the HTML. In terms … Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose Wix On a scale of 1 to 10, where 10 is the highest, Wix is at a 3 based on the software listed. Incentivized Helpful? Kristen Zatina Marketing & Communications in Marketing at Fortego (Computer & Network Security, 51-200 employees) Chose Wix Wix is cleaner and easier to navigate. I'd go so far as to say something about it feels sleeker and almost "sexier," I may be so bold... Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose Wix It is easier to use it Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose Wix I selected Wix as I have used it before. Wix is a website builder. It’s easy to use and offers lots of technical support. WordPress is a content management system, which is more scalable but also demands more technical know-how. Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose Wix I selected Wix because it is way more user friendly. With WordPress, you need to either have advanced knowledge in coding and development, or you can hire someone to optimize your website for you. With Wix, you don't need to hire someone of have a lot of knowledge in coding - … Incentivized Helpful? Jessica Groff Blogger at Self-employed (Writing & Editing, 1-10 employees) Chose Wix Wix does not hold a candle to WP or Squarespace. We selected Wix because it was the cheapest option, and when working with nonprofits, cheap wins. Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose Wix Wix is a less aesthetically pleasing option in comparison to WordPress and Squarespace. WordPress is much more robust in regard to its capabilities, especially with SEO. Squarespace has better themes to use and is more pleasing to look at it however I think Wix's usability … Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose Wix Squarespace and WordPress are great options but both are more expensive options and they can be more complex for the beginner user. The thing I like about Wix is how easy to use it is and basically, you can drag and drop things that you need to make a great-looking website. Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose Wix Wix is a great starting platform for anyone looking to create a website. It definitely holds its own against any other all in one website creation platform. The one thing I would say is if your main focus is solely on eCommerce you may be better off using something like Square… Incentivized Helpful? Darren VanderVort, CSPO Product Manager in Product Management at Getty Images (Online Media, 1001-5000 employees) Chose Wix We ultimately selected Wix Answers for the price and that we could localize the platform and articles. WIth WixAnswers the cost is based on users, since our users were low the price was very economical for our needs. Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose Wix Wix is easier to use and much more intuitive than WordPress. Incentivized Helpful?
