We are using Tact.ai to maximize our sales team's performance and reduce their time spent on administrative activities. With Tact.ai, the sales process is going towards digitalization and at the same time keeping the core process in mind. Also, it can be integrated with many salesforces which gives freedom to go mobile.
Pros
It saves a lot of time which was wasted earlier in non-productive things
Proper scheduling and management can be done
Can create surveys with ease and have pre-built email templates available
Cons
Adding calendar is cumbersome. Integration between Outlook and Tact.ai is required
Time required to log in is very high. It wastes so much time every time.
Schedule view is limited to 2 weeks ahead only
Likelihood to Recommend
If you have an organization that requires salespeople to go into the field and your organization is mid-sized, then I recommend Tact.ai for your salespeople. It is not possible to carry laptops when they are out in the field but it is possible to carry an iPad or phone. This makes their tasks easy and reduces considerable time wasted on administrative activities and increases productivity at the same time.

We are currently using this software Tact.ai to help with the performance and productivity of our sales agents. With the SalesForce integration, we can create a powerful crm, as we can record our activities in real time, synchronizing all customer history in the platform.
Pros
Allows us to have at hand the records of our calendar, customer notes, all completed and pending tasks.
Seamlessly integrates all the applications we need to make calls, emails, contacts, customers and crm. Synchronizes all the data recorded from each of the integrated applications.
Nearby contact search tools, is helping us to build close relationships with customers.
Cons
The notifications and alarms are not reaching me in real time, which causes a delay in the answers I give to customers via chat and mail.
Sometimes it does not read the scanning of the business card, you have to try several times for the reader to take the code.
The software can feel cumbersome when working offline. And when the connection arrives, it takes a while to synchronize all the new data.

This software has served as a very useful and necessary sales assistant for each sales person to be able to focus on customers and sales and leave the whole process of scheduling, reminding appointments and daily tedious tasks to tact. It has helped us a lot to improve our sales, that's why I highly recommend it.
Tact is being used by our sales team in the US. We use it because it fills the gaps that are missing from the Salesforce app and allows us to be more productive. We are using it to mainly get new contacts into SalesForce by scanning business cards and also to have logs of our meetings.
Pros
Scan Business Cards into SalesForce
Have the SalesForce Data Offline
Able to log notes from meetings
Cons
Better OCR for card scanning. I've seen a lot better.
Be able to look at the calendar in the app and then add the meeting notes. I feel that if I don't write notes when prompted, I can't get to that page again.
Be able to upload notes from OneNote or Evernote into Salesforce.
Likelihood to Recommend
It suited if the company uses SalesForce and the sales force is mobile most of the time. It's less appropriate for other CRMs
