Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We utilize Alpine IQ to keep track of and communicate with our patrons. With our current POS provider we don't have the option to send out information or promotions natively. Alpine IQ gives us the flexibility to stay with our current POS partner but integrate a rewards system as well. Our customers are able to not only track and utilize their points, but shop directly from the interface as well.
Pros
- Merging Profiles - If multiple profiles exist with the same name, it's super easy and intuitive to combine
- Persona Searching - Easy to find guest by any of a few pieces of personal information
- Data Analytics - Not exactly real time but a great display of instore trends and KPI's

- Update Frequency - Closer to real time would be great

Alpine IQ is great for business who's POS partner doesn't offer a loyalty program, the integration may take some finaggling but once integrated the systems do communicate. Really great way to track guests, purchases, and points all in one place. Also really helpful for keeping track of our retail employee sales stats
