Teledyne uses Conga to process and store contracts for our contracts and subcontracts as a seller and a buyer company. It creates the contract using a template and even interfaces with Navex Risk Rate to help with the due diligence process of screening entities and for denied parties. It can also gather approvals and signatures. IT leads the user through the process of using templates and getting approvals to get to the DocuSign stage. Our company currently requires use of the application for every contract.
Pros
gather signatures
gather approvals
lead users through the process
Cons
being able to go back in the process if you mess up
more hints about what needs to be done at each stage
the responsabilities tab is currently duplicating users
