We use our pipeline and prospects mainly. I use this everyday for about 20 files. I mainly use it for prequals to closing. I like using Scenarios as well so I can play with the borrowers numbers until they are approved. Many forms I use such as Loan Estimate and Pre-approval.

Alerts - those are great when you forget to do something
Branch Resource Center - shows you what is missing as well
Top banner - showing the loan in a snapshot
Cons
For VA loans - it would be great if those forms were completely separate or in a folder
Have the fico score at the top of the banner (snapshot of loan)
2015 - remind us when a possible fee is missing

Encompass is great for pre-qualifications since you can play with the numbers but it's not user friendly when filling out separate program documents. I have different forms to fill out for VA vs Conventional and it's hard to remember if I'm missing any.
