Over 20 years with iScala!

Pros

  • Epicor iScala is simple-to-use and robust Microsoft technology based ERP for very wide range of businesses.
  • One of the stronger parts of the solution is using an industry-standard database that is simultaneously secure and open for queries from any BI tool.
  • Interface is simple and modern, easy-to-customize while keeping a stable kernel.

Cons

  • I have used and implemented iScala for 25 years, it has come a long way in terms of the current modern interface, but there is a room for both design and usability improvements.
  • Most of report forms are quite obsolete and usually are replaced by custom version during implelentation.
  • Color themes are great, but now we're waiting for theme editor :)

Return on Investment

  • Definetly cost effective overall (within 12 years since starting the company).

If you want to improve process efficiency, iScala is an answer

Pros

  • Nowadays we have more than 50 different integrations, and iScala Service connect perfect does it.
  • Possibility of iScala automatization in iSAT brings endless possibilities to make business more and more efficient
  • With iScala Enterprise Server, it is possible easily manage multiple international companies on one platform.

Cons

  • I believe that iSAT improvement will bring more benefit to all iScala users
  • Longer support of the old Scala versions would bring more confidence for big Scala customers, because in big installations it's been very difficult and time-consuming to make version upgrades every 3-4 years.

Return on Investment

  • In comparison with other ERPs iScala has very good cost / functionality ratio
