FlowMapp is our excellent planning solution, which makes us develop a customer journey, and this supports the management of different projects in a company. Further, FlowMapp connects the marketing department, the communications section, and others, which brings collaboration, and proper mechanisms are designed to improve the operational efficiency in the company. More so, FlowMapp gives us the status report, regarding every project, the customer requirements, and the rationality that needs to be deployed or taken.

After weeks of trial and error, and many false starts with other user journey mapping software, FlowMapp was the tool that finally clicked for us. We use FlowMapp to create buyer personas and map out accompanying user journeys, and create sitemaps for our web design clients. Having all of these assets in one place is useful, as is the overall design of the user journey mapping aspect, especially.

As a UX/UI designer, I use FlowMapp for all my discoveries. When I have to design an interface, it helps me to structure the whole flow with the flowchart functionality and to know better the users by storing all my personas and creating user journeys. At Pavone Marketing Group, Flowmapp is used as one of the preliminary UX Research tools. After gathering data for UX research, it is compiled and insights are used to form our UX assets. These are usually user flows, site maps, user personas, and customer journey maps. Flowmapp is a great tool for our business because it keeps all of our assets in one place.
