We switched to FunctionFox from our previous outdated and very frustrating time-tracking software. We love the functionality and super user-friendly aspects of FunctionFox for tracking time and Project management. This web-based application is very easy to use and jump right in with its intuitive design. The ability to track estimates, time, expenses, customize reports, and Invoices helps to save both time & money. The customer service is awesome as well. Very easy to work with & always a quick response when needing help with any aspect, including help with making customized reports. We have certain clients and projects where employees may have different rates and FunctionFox allows the ability to add as many variations as we need. They also have a way to alert the Project Managers when estimate spends are nearing certain milestones which is a great help with preventing projects from running over budget.

- Ability to track the estimate budget by just a number instead of having to add estimated hours for each employee
