Business Problems Solved
The product has improved efficiency in the hiring process by solving problems related to the recruitment cycle. It has allocated benefits and shared HR forms with employees, enabled tracking and scheduling of PTO, checking compensation, and completing learning courses. Users have found it integrated talent with GHR, overcoming challenges faced with previous HR products. However, they have not realized any significant additional benefits compared to their previous HRMS system.
One key use case of this product is its ability to streamline employee tracking and have all staff in one place. It facilitates communication and search for employees/contacts. The product addresses retention, KPIs, performance metrics, and employee information storage. It streamlines the hourly billing process and simplifies labor ticket entry. Some users have used it as an ATS and HR file management system for their Talent Acquisition team but do not recommend it due to lack of intuitiveness compared to their previous HRIS system.
I work on the Talent Acquisition team and we use Infor Global Human Resources as our ATS and manage our employees' HR files. I would not recommend Infor Global Human Resources to anyone and think that the system is not intuitive at all. Additionally, we transitioned our HRIS from Ultipro, an Ultimate product, to Infor Global Human Resources and I found Ultipro far superior and easier to use.

It is not a candidate-friendly experience. I would not recommend the system at all.
When viewing employee records, it is hard to view information.

None. I would not recommend the product at all. It is not intuitive and does not make it easy to view candidate or employee information. I feel that the ATS piece of Infor Global Human Resources was an afterthought for Lawson/Infor and that they created it simply to be able to say that it had an ATS and was a complete ERP product. I would not recommend the product either as an employer or a candidate.
