In this users section here you can see which users are configured and you have the ability to suspend a user. If you want to edit or add users, you need to go to the Organization section, then click on another user section there, which then gives you the ability to edit or add users.
Pros
- It's not a major problem, but it's an example of one of many small annoyances.
- Also, there is no proper documentation available
Cons
- The reports are not as robust as we need them to be.
- You can get reports on orders and reports on tickets, but you can't get a report on which tickets have completed payments.

- we only need to request a certificate for the website URL and after validating the request

- Allows you to monitor data movements within an organisation
- Advisable to use ILM if already using Informatica PowerCenter

- As a standalone tool (without PowerCenter), ILM does not add much value.

- Tracking the usage of specific brackets of data across the entire organisation has now become possible.
- The team was already using PowerCenter. Therefore, using ILM was a very apt decision that allowed easier management of data at the organisation level.
