This is an excellent contract repository. I like the ability to upload a pdf, which is read by LinkSquares' OCR. The fidelity of the searchable documents is extraordinary. I really like the flexibility in terms of what contract language you want reporting on and the reporting capabilities are second to none.
We use Linksquares for contract management, document storage, and reporting purposes. It helps us manage our contracts as a repository and allows us to search, run reports for key terms, see which agreements are expiring, etc.

As the General Counsel at Telarus, I was looking for a software to serve as a central repository for all of our supplier agreements and found that in LinkSquares. Not only can I store the agreements there, but LinkSquares' AI reads and searches PDFs for the terms I am looking for which used to require a manual review. This saves me so much time when it comes to reviewing contracts for specific terms.

I would love to see integration with Adobe Sign so I could edit contracts right in LinkSquares and send through Adobe seamlessly.
Likelihood to Recommend
For any small legal department, it is a must. It's like having a paralegal keeping you organized. I'm not sure how a large legal department might us it, but I have a hard time thinking it would be any less useful to them. I am a big fan of all of the time it saves me when managing hundreds of supplier agreements and I need to survey a specific term across all of the agreements. I'm not sure how I would do that without LinkSquares' help.
