Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Odoo HR is used to support different internal Human Resources administration processes such as payroll management, finances, recruitment and onboarding, job profiles, secure access to employee information, job applications, employee tracking and other benefits. We implemented this platform at the beginning of 2020, it is extremely easy to use, multiple integrations including some social networks, this helps us find new talent, send job offers and evaluate their performance.
It is a very easy to use (HR) portal, I can access all the information I need in one place from anywhere, from payroll, talent acquisition, document access, surveys and even internal recruiting.
