We are using this application within [the] HR department. It's a comprehensive Human Resource Management Application and [the] best thing about it is that it's an opensource and starter package is free to use. It covers all aspects of HR within a small to medium organization. Through this application, we create employee records, manage their attendance and leaves, create different reports, also manage our CV bank through their applicant tracking system. Prior [to] using OrangeHRM we were maintaining manual employee records and leaves & CVs were taken in hard form. But this application has not only made our processes more efficient but also moved us to [a] paperless working environment.

Likelihood to Recommend
According to me, OrangeHRM is best suited for small to medium-sized organizations for [the] management of their employee's records and attendance/leave management. Also, [the] applicant tracking system is [a] very useful feature of this application. OrangeHRM needs to add more features in order to cater requirements of a large-scale organization. Payroll management, learning management, and grievance handling features should be added or improved.
