What is Physio Cloud Software?

Physio Cloud Software is a solution designed for physiotherapists. The Physio Cloud Software includes, and is not limited to, CRM, appointments, exercises, flowsheets, evaluations, accounting, medical history, assessment, and patient management system.

The Calendar shows the appointments by day, week or monthly view and is mobile friendly. Real-time synchronized with the appointments made by users from multi-locations. Provides features such as add appointment, add multiple appointments at once, rescheduling, drag-and-drop and cancelling. Able to search the calendar for appointments by entering name, surname or phone of a patient.
Appointment management. Demonstrates the addition of new appointments one at a time or multiple.
Physio Cloud Software's exercise management system contains a rich, multi-disciplinary library with 400+ exercises. Each exercise has an image, description, body part and exercise category. The exercise management system, allows users to create new exercises as well as edit, modify and delete existing exercises.
The incident report is a detailed questionnaire that physiotherapists fill-out from patients during their first visit to the physiotherapy clinic. It is part of the initial evaluation, where through this report, the physiotherapists record all the required details about a patient's current injury/dysfunction/pathology. Physiotherapists may also fill-out medical history (EMR) of patients including heritage of medical history.
Medical history diseases, depending on severity, will keep notifying the physiotherapists with yellow or red flags, so that they can apply extra caution during the flowsheet assessments.
Special Test Management. Each evaluation type such as Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist/Hand, Knee, Ankle/Foot, Hip, Spine has its own special tests to evaluate the body part. For example, special tests for shoulder are Hawkin's/Kennedy Test, Neer's Test, Sulcus Sign, Apprehension Test and many more. Special tests are fully managed by administrator.
Neuromuscular evaluation of the spine to record the muscle strength of each segment/nerve.
At this point, we see the blueprint with the active movements of the spine. In this diagram we can mark the possible reasons that may affect the active movements, as well as how much the active range of motion is affected.
Physiotherapists are able to assign exercises to patients, print the prescribed exercises for themselves or hand them to their patients.
Demonstrates part of the Accounting Management module which includes the Receipts and Invoice. Accounting Module is consisted of over 15 reports.
