Book Systems sells Integrated Library Software to all types of libraries. We have had several quoting software programs and by far the learning curve for QuoteWerks is minimal and the program works very well. Because we also have QuoteValet, we don't have to attach quotes to emails which typically keeps them from going into the recipient's SPAM folder. I especially love that you can get text message notifications when customers accept their quotes.
We use QuoteWerks mainly for quoting out bids to our clients. It is an easy tool and when needing to also use the financing option it is nice to provide that to our clients as well. QuoteWerks addresses multiple business problems as it helps in gaining that prospect client when sending them a professional looking quote for hardware or any services we provide in a timely manner. QuoteWerks makes it easy to do that.

We use QW for all outside sales proposals and for reoccurring service inspections. QWs integration with QuickBooks is a great time saver. Also, the integration with HubSpot and Salesforce is great too.

When reorganizing quotes, we would like to have the ability to drag an entire group thanks to the header that is configured for each group.

The learning curve was a little rough, but got easier as I understood.
Sometimes it will glitch when sending an email and say it bounced but the customer really did get it.
The UI isn't the most attractive but I supposed that could be more of a personal preference.

There are a lot of times that I can be taking on more than one client at a time, having to run back from one desk to the other with my laptop. QuoteWerks definitely makes it easy to flip back and forth between quotes and manage more than one deal at a time. This is huge for making my day when it is busy.
I use QuoteWerks to send quotes to clients. It allows me to use previous quotes as a template and easily use them again for another quote, as they are always fairly similar. It lets me know when the quote has been read, and questions can be asked or issues raised. it basically saves a load of time and looks more professional.
