We use it for time and attendance for our employees at many of our client locations. Not only is it part of the basis for our payroll, but it is also the basis for the invoicing to our clients who use SmartLinx. Because these employees are all at different locations, it standardizes the workflow and processes for all to use and for the accuracy of our invoicing

Likelihood to Recommend
For an organization like ours, with staff at many different locations, it is extremely helpful. It also creates standardized workflows in all locations. Because the program is widely adopted, it is very helpful in that the training programs we have developed can be deployed at new locations. It is also helpful for different departments.
