Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use this software in our organization to create and edit our office documents. Everyone in our office uses this software as per their requirements. In my profession, I need to arrange many documents. And most of the time I need to edit work on those documents so I use this software. For printing purposes, we need our office documents in PDF formats and we convert our documents in pdf format with the help of this software. Sometimes this software helps me to sign my documents digitally.

Pros

It provides a very neat and clean interface which helps users to operate it very effectively.
This software is capable of signing documents digitally.
With this software, users can protect their documents by adding password protection.
This software can merge multiple pdf files into one.

Cons

After the edit when I see my documents in full screen view, I find the header of my documents blocked by editing tools.
Its Url to PDF creator doesn't work well.
It does not have mobile application for PDF editing

When I get any pdf form to fill, I use this software to fill in all the required details. It is very easy to fill any form in pdf format in this software. Whenever I need to sign any official document digitally, I use this software. It also helps us to protect our confidential documents with password protection. We add passwords to our confidential documents with the help of this software.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

When it comes to PDF converters and the more affordable PDF tool on the market, my Soda PDF is an excellent, user-friendly way to both create and convert PDFs, edit and fill in as well as offer a sign document feature with a personalized signature. Another advantage of using My Soda is that I receive email updates on new features with detailed video tutorials on how to use the new features when they are presented.

Pros

OCR comes in handy when you need to scan a document image for embedded text for edits. This feature is a common tool but the accuracy of OCR helps for quick edits.
Conversion options are a plus and a must-have when you need to convert between Microsoft Office and PDF.
During the pandemic, the ability to offer digital signing with personalized signatures is a major plus. Glad to have this tool available when needed.

Cons

Spooling of batch printing could cause the program to freeze up. However, I believe this has to deal with internal ram and not the actual software.
Locating files after creating them could be hard if you were unfamiliar with setting this feature up. It defaults to the program folder documents. You can choose a different location. Maybe asking the question ahead of time could ease those that are not in the know about making this correction.
Faster loading would be helpful. Sometimes it lags when you create a file as it opens the program for viewing. This may depend on internal ram, however, I have not had the luxury of testing the software on a high-end PC.

The ease of use of My Soda PDF makes it the go-to software for anything PDF-related. I love all the features - converting documents to PDF, PDF to MSWord, or other types of Microsoft Office files. Forms creation keeps documents professional looking instead of having them handwritten. We use SODA to upload forms sent to us, then fill in via the PDF filler. I love how easy SODA is to use via Mac/PC, tablets, and phones. Now that the work environment has changed, remote staff at home or on the road—we can access SODA to ensure our work continues seamlessly. PDFs created can be saved to the Cloud, Desktop, or even e-mailed.
