Use Cases and Deployment Scope

StructuredWeb is currently used by the marketing department with specific employees focusing on channel goals. It is used to reach a larger audience, distribute information more quickly, and efficiently manage campaigns.

Pros

  • StructuredWeb allowed us to build a vast portal for our vendors, offering them a wide variety of assets.
  • Staying true to our brand is important to us, and StructuredWeb allowed us to do that by giving us the flexibility we needed.
  • The campaign tactics we were able to manage worked flawlessly.

Cons

  • StructuredWeb does take a little while to get comfortable with. Then again, it has so many features that taking time to get used to it seems normal.

StructuredWeb allowed us to build the first multi-vendor portal that offered go-to-market resources for hundreds of vendors. It enabled the team to build a partner experience that reflected our brand and empowered thousands of channel partners with editable and co-brandable assets and ready-made and multi-touch campaigns.

  • Enabling our vendors to create, manage, and connect with channel partners

  • Need to be able to have a self-serve model for quick platform adoption
  • Internal training needs time and coordination

Reporting is comprehensive with data at various levels, across tactics and portal activities. They also offer great partner support and training, especially with integrations.
