INESS experience with Visitor Queue

Rating: 9 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have started a lead generation campaign and wanted to track how the traffic is changing on the landing page, analyze the details of the visitors and use the information to optimize our campaign. Generate additional leads from the landing page and use the information for the next campaign that we will start.

Pros

  • Details of the visitors
  • Real time reporting
  • Easy to use
  • Easy to integrate

Cons

  • Tracking the time zones of the visitors
  • Exporting to Excel Sheets

Likelihood to Recommend

We have been using Visitor Queue for a while now. To be honest, we have not seen anything wrong or difficult to use or that can be improved Providing a discount for the startups would be the only thing that we can ask or add Other than that we are pretty satisfied

Getting more out of true INTENT

Rating: 9 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using it as an intent data tool & it is going quite well thus far! The business issue it addresses is the lack of insight when doing cold outreach without intent data. This information enables our sales team to work more efficiently & effectively. Can't ask for much more than that to be honest.

Pros

  • User interface.
  • Ease of signing up.
  • Adoption is fairly straightforward.
  • Does its purpose.

Cons

  • Better phone numbers/emails.
  • More accurate geographic.
  • More relevant demographics.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is suited for finding intent data, but not as good as searching for prospects via LinkedIn.

Great software for lead tracking!

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am using Visitor Queue for website analytics to see where leads are coming from as well as as a source for leads for the sales team. There isn't any other clear way to tell how people are finding us than through a lead tracking software like Visitor Queue.

Pros

  • Allows you to have more than one website being tracked
  • Makes it easy to integrate with other platforms
  • Gives you proper tracking information

Cons

  • Having all websites combined into one so you don't have to add filters to each one separately
  • The buttons should be a little clearer (maybe use words instead of buttons) so it's easier to find where things are on the site

Likelihood to Recommend

It's well suited for tracking where people are coming from to get to your website and this can then be used to improve your website, track PPC, etc.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The marketing department was looking at VisitorQueue to identify anonymous visitors go on our website but did not contact our company. We wanted to study user clickpath behavior.

Pros

  • It was able to identify a fair amount of companies on our site
  • The UX/UI was clean and easy to read
  • The data came in nearly real-time

Cons

  • The companies identified were a mixture of ISPs and companies
  • It did not capture as many companies as other products
  • That's about it. Not much more I can add.

Likelihood to Recommend

It all depends on what type of data you are trying to obtain. For my company, we wanted every web visitor tracked, whether it be anonymous or identified. If someone filled out a form during non-working hours, I wanted to go back and find the time they hit our site to find out the referral source and clickpath used.
